Job Description:
- Following the leads from the market, follow up with buyers, exploring new clients and selling flats, apartments etc.
- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
- Developing sales strategies and reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Responsible for implementing sales strategies to increase market share and obtain new business.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to help facilitate continued sales opportunities and identify project performance issues.
- Ensuring all property related documents and agreements are accurate and up to date.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers in Corporate.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.
- Report on sales activities to your immediate reporting manager on daily basis.
- Plan & execute promotional activities and corporate presentations.15

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
