Job Description:

Overview:
As a Business Development Manager specializing in Architectural Network for our plywood manufacturing company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence within the architectural and design community. You will leverage your industry knowledge and relationships to drive sales, build partnerships, and enhance brand recognition within the specified market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitors, and potential opportunities within the architectural sector.
Develop strategic plans and initiatives to penetrate and expand market share in collaboration with senior management.

Business Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key decision-makers.
Actively promote our products and capabilities to architects and designers through presentations, seminars, and networking events.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.

Customer Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for architects and designers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Product and Market Expertise:

Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and regulatory requirements related to plywood and architectural applications.
Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams regarding product development and market positioning.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track opportunities, and forecast sales projections.

Preferred Profile:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the architectural sector, preferably with a focus on building materials or related industries.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction processes, and project management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed and work independently with minimal supervision.
