Overseeing of all activities necessary for the execution of several ongoing & new projects

Preparing Monthly Turnover Projection

Experience on project execution, supervision and within the given budget of time, cost and quality

Proficient in handling techno - commercial negotiations, preparation of cost sheets

Revenue and margins accountability for the project.

Responsible for the performance, Profit and Loss, Compliance, People Management, Budgetary Control and communication of the business

Scheduling work load to meet priorities and targets & developing new segment or portfolio depends upon market requirement.

Capable of Mobilization and de-mobilization of resource requirement like staff, vendors and specialized agencies as per the Master construction schedule and priorities.

Well versed in maintaining perfect coordination with all interest groups - client, architects, consultants, subcontractors, etc to isolate areas of obstructions and catalyze work execution with proficiency in swiftly ramping up construction projects within pre-set time and cost parameters, also, experienced in application of HSE standards on site to ensure incident free work execution.
