Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in the execution of MPP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles, construction management, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

Lead the execution of civil engineering works for industrial projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.

Oversee construction activities on-site, including earthworks, foundations, structures, and infrastructure installations.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including design reviews, material selection, and construction techniques.

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure the integrity of constructed works.

Contract Management:

Assist in the preparation and administration of construction contracts.

Review and approve contractor invoices and payment requests.

Manage change orders and variations, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to project budgets.

Safety Management:

Implement and enforce site safety plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

Promote a culture of safety among project teams and contractors.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant design and project management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
