Job Description:
- Candidate shall be managing a team for daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks such as
- Journal Entries, Adjustment Entries, Purchase, Sales, Receipts, Payments etc.
- Candidate shall be the responsible data accuracy and correctness of all accounting data.
- Managing Daily Bank Reconciliation and reasoning thereof.
- To prepare necessary standard documents related to Accounts Department.
- Coordinating with the internal and external auditors of the company during whole audit process.
- Management of Payables and Receivables and to ensure timely payments and receipts.
- Handling all the statutory compliances of the company including but not limited to GST
- Compliance, TDS, TCS, Labour Laws etc.
- To prepare monthly GSTR2B reconciliation and to ensure correct ITC is being claimed.
- Analysing and resolving the blocked invoice.
- To Finalise the Accounts periodically and to prepare financial statements of the company.
- Compiling, analysing, and reporting of financial data.
- Handle Export and Import related banking compliances.
- Handling SEZ related compliances
- To handle all the other tasks related to Finance & Account Department.
