Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Location -Mulund -Thane
Experience - 4 years
working days - Mon - Sat
working Time - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Best in industry (It will be on Talisman HR Solutions Payroll)

Job purpose: Manage and oversee the timely and quality execution of residential construction projects, focusing on finishing work for flat handover.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Supervision of On-site Activities:

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure the project progresses according to schedule.
  • Monitor site workers and subcontractors to ensure work is being completed efficiently and safely.

• Quality Control:

  • Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and adheres to architectural and engineering plans.
  • Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Coordination and Communication:

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to clarify technical drawings and resolve on-site issues.
  • Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

• Safety Management:

  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Conduct regular safety briefings and site inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

• Resource Management:

  • Manage the procurement and use of materials, ensuring no wastage and that the required materials are available at the right time.
  • Ensure tools and machinery are properly maintained and used appropriately.

• Progress Reporting:

  • Maintain daily logs of work progress, including activities completed, challenges faced, and any delays encountered.
  • Provide regular updates to the project manager regarding the status of the project.

• Problem-Solving:

  • Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site, including delays, design changes, or material shortages.
  • Propose solutions to maintain project momentum and efficiency.

• Client Interaction:

  • Occasionally interact with clients to provide updates on progress and address their concerns, if required.

Experience Needed:

• Project execution.
• Finishing work for flat handover.
• Specifically in residential projects
• Manage and oversee project execution from start to finish.
• Ensure quality finishing work for timely flat handover to customer
• Average English communication skills required.
• Familiarity with construction documentation.
• Coordination with contractors and subcontractors.
