Job Description:
Position: Team Leader – Mobile 1000
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2-3 Years
Industries: Foundation
Responsibilities:
- Plan and ensure Execution of programme as per the programme design and deliverables under the supervision of the Programme Head.
- Facilitate the development of IEC material, Content for Website and others as per requirement.
- Review field activities and assessment of activities through data analysis.
- To conduct and review progress through weekly/monthly meetings.
- Review monthly expenses related to fund utilization and maintain monthly in flow v/s outflow.
- To conduct periodic meetings with the team and partners on weekly/monthly basis to check the progress, records and planning.
- To conduct monitoring visits to the field.
- Communicate reporting/documentation expectations to the project team for effective implementation and quality output.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate person with specific timeline.
- To prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for in-house records and forwarding to the donor.
- To compile, update and analyse MIS data.
- To compile the bills/vouchers of the expenses on monthly basis for submission to accounts
- To prepare monthly requisition of funds required for the project.
- Update website on regular basis.
- Develop progress reports and requisite documents (presentations, data, etc.)
- Develop and execute out of the box activities for the programme.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the organisation.
Required Skills:
- Should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
- Should have basic IT Skill.
- Should be willing to travel.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Should be able to generate funds and partnership with Corporates/Government Bodies/PSU's.
- Good Lessoning Skills.
- Should be able to think out of the box.
Required Qualification: - BSW/MSW
Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
