Job Description:
We have an opening for the position of Training Support Executive for a Reputed Company for the Pune location.
Job description:
- Support schools and parents through email/ phone.
- Outbound calls/mails for customer support.
- Visit schools for on ground support
- Need to visit Clients place s for giving training regarding the product as and when required.
- Need to Handle Customer Query on Call.
- Giving on line Training regarding the app to the school authority.
- Handle post sales query on phone regarding the app.
Note: Complete Training regarding the Product (Mobile Application) will be provided.
Desired Profile of the candidate skills:
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills (Writing & Verbal).
- Computer literate. Should have Knowledge of Excel, MS Word etc.
- Language proficiency – English, Hindi
- Smart Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Candidate from IT background is preferred.
- Good Personality
- Idea about Smart phone and Mobile Apps.
Job Location – Pune Travel may be required (Work from the Office)
