- Experience- Minimum 15 yrs. into warehousing/industrial projects only
- Salary budget- Basis experience, current package and caliber.
- Education- Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering / Construction Management) (flexible in terms of education if the candidate has relevant experience)
- Job Location- Bhiwandi (at site)
- Working day- 6 (1 week off between Monday to Friday)
- Working timing- 9 hours

Job Purpose
This role is responsible for Leading and overseeing of Industrial / Warehouse Projects and work with Engineers and Architects to develop plan, create project time frame, distribute resources and ensure timely construction of Projects within budgets.

Reports to- Managing Director
Principle Accountabilities
- Oversee and Direct construction projects from Conception to Completion
- Review the project In-dept to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all Onsite and Offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building / warehouse safety and standards and regulations
- Planning, Scheduling, Execution and Supervision of structural and finishing Works.
- Liaise with architects, Engineers, Contractors, Sub Contractors and Construction workers
- Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Review and report to management the work progress on a daily basis
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
- Proactively plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and Licenses
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Monitor Project Cost Control activities including Schedule updates, Invoices Inputs, delay analysis and risk management.
- Ensure detailed and up-to-date construction Health and Safety is in place to ensure zero accidents
Skills & Abilities
- Organized self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally
- Proven Experience Heading construction for Industrial / Warehousing Projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders
