Job Description:
Main activities/tasks
DM Plant Regeneration
DM Plant Chemical Handling with safety
Maintain Chemical Stock for DM Plant Operation
Efficient operation of DM Plant by achieving recommended OBR & Reliable Pump House
Opr
Ensure DM water Quality by conducting water Quality test during regeneration & during
normal operation
DM Waste Water handling and ensure timely discharge the same to ETP Plant
Chemical dosing for DM Plant Operation
Recording of parameters on log sheet
Maintain Housekeeping activities of DM Plant using 5S
Responsible for Safety of DM plant & Pump House
OEE of plant-UDT,PDT w.r.t DM Plant operation & maintenance etc
Will ensure to follow minimum safety standards set by factory manager.
Adhering & ensuring Company Safety policy and goals are implemented in own section
Adhere and implement Company Food policy and goals in own section
Ensure participation in training related to Safety and Food Safety
