Job Description:
Role- Sr. Business Analyst
Exp- 3-8 Years
Notice Period- 30 Days MAX
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Work cross functionally with other departments to support, gather requirements, create design documents, and assist in implementing new business processes and configurations.
– Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a daily support capacity in D365FO and related software.
– Configure and support Procurement and Sourcing, Master planning, Production Control, Manufacturing Execution, Warehouse Management and other SCM (Supply Chain Management) and shop floor related functions and modules.
– Support and assist supply chain tickets at our new manufacturing plant in India.
– Maintain J-sox change request process to adhere to compliance, including creating request, user follow-up, testing, training, and process improvements
– Maintain user management, access rights and manage licenses for users
– Ensure data quality standards are followed and implement best practices
– Create documentation on processes, user guides and knowledgebase articles
– Design and Test enhancements, including platform updates and bug fixes; coordinate user acceptance, regression and integration testing; make changes and corrections, as needed
– Develop training plans, materials and lead training sessions, as needed
– Mentor team members and assist with support tickets.
– Lead and support integrations, including AP Automation, Expense Management, EDI and others
– Cross train on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales to support global sales teams
– Assist with other key initiatives and other related IT projects
– Create and support training initiatives to help develop end users gain knowledge of system navigation and best practices
– Participate/Lead Kaizen (Process improvement) events to help spark change and gain process efficiencies within the functional ERP system and physical Warehouse Operations
– Stay up to date and communicate the latest trends and platform update features with D365FO
General IT support onsite, as needed
Requirements:
– 5+ years professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations
– Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain or other related business degrees
– Project Accounting, Supply Chain, Warehouse experience a plus
– Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and SQL queries ideal
– Excellent oral, written and customer relationship skills to support global operations
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Detailed oriented, experience analyzing data to drive strategy and results
– Strong willingness to take on new challenges, learn, and grow
– Strong sense of customer service (Servant’s heart)
– Comfortable operating independently
– Responsive to requests in a timely manner
