Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, develop strategies to increase market share, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  1. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  2. Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
  3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets in Railway Sector only
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  9. Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
