Job description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly top line targets
  • Responsible for recruitment of Agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets
  • Responsible for Achieving overall GWP (Gross Written Premium)
  • Responsible for sustainable Profitability
  • Ensure month on month activation of agents as per targets set.
  • Coordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations
  • Responsible to maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients
  • Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to Agents.
  • Support/guide the Agents in all activities related policy services
  • Train Agents/Channel partners on products, process and USPs of Company.
  • Managing daily reports and MIS pertaining to the branch
  • Monitoring daily receipts, payment and other bank transactions
  • Policy issuance/Cancellation/endorsement
