Job Description:
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Contact potential and existing clients to schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and update the sales team's calendar to avoid conflicts and ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and provide reminders to clients.
  • Customer Service: Address any questions or concerns from clients regarding their appointments.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record all appointment details and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to understand their availability and preferences for appointment times.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on the status of scheduled appointments and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

    • Self-motivated and proactive
    • Reliable and punctual

Working Conditions:

  • Environment: Office-based or remote, depending on company policy.
  • Hours: Flexible, but may include evenings and weekends depending on client availability.
