Job Title: HR Recruiter

 Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Generalist will handle a variety of human resources activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and excellent interpersonal skills.

Hiring :

Facilitating new employee orientation and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Relations/Client Coordination : 

Addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
Assisting in the resolution of employee issues and conflicts.

Benefits Administration:

Maintaining accurate records of candidature and ensuring timely updates.

HR Projects:

Participating in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and systems.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
