Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process specifically in telesales executives/ tele-callers with successful project outcomes. 
  • Organize internal discussion and understand clearly about required profiles.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens, build a potential candidates database. 
  • Conduct steps of recruitment activity with expertise.
  • Communicate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates. 
  • Collaborate with third-party staffing agencies and portals as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • We require candidates with 2 to 3 years of active recruiting experience, proven success in sourcing and hiring individuals for sales, customer service and operations.
  • Preferred experience in BPO/KPO hiring with talent for hiring tele-callers or tele-marketers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
