Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai

Position: Customer Relations Manager - General

Vacancies: 1

Company Type: A well-established dairy farm business

Qualifications: Any Graduation (Hospitality/Hotel background preferred)

Experience: 1-2 years

 

Work Timings: Rotational shifts

  • 6 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • 1 p.m. - 9 p.m.

Working Days:

  • 9 hrs shift, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Work during peak festive seasons (Diwali, Ganpati, Dassera, Holi, Parsi New Year)

Salary:

  • Best in Industry (It will be on Talisman HR Solutions Payroll)

Job Duration: Fixed term

Job Description:

  • At least a graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in handling clients and regular follow-ups with customers.
  • Maintain healthy relations with customers.
  • Ensure existing customers are satisfied through after-service care and use feedback effectively.
  • Act as a single point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Ensure no customer complaint is left unresolved.
  • Aim for every customer to leave with a smile and a feeling of satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Oversee the relationships managed by the team.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  • Keep customers updated on the latest offers and schemes to increase sales.
  • Understand key customer needs and address them effectively.
  • Maintain strong working relationships to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and lead team members to deliver products and services that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Manage and train resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers.
  • Communicate daily with internal and external customers.
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
  • Develop and update customer-related reports.
  • Identify and develop problem-solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
