Job Description:

Detailed Work Profile / Responsiblities

  1. Perform cash, stock and inventory audits 
  2. Knowledge on MS Office, Excel, PPP and other application
  3. Conduct Inventory Audits: Perform regular and ad-hoc inventory audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records.
  4. Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  5. Report Generation: Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, discrepancies, and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
  7. Daily Wastage Verification Verify and record daily wastage to ensure accurate inventory levels. Investigate discrepancies between recorded and actual wastage. Report findings and recommend corrective actions to reduce wastage.
  8. Discount Check Review and verify all discounts applied to inventory items Ensure that all discounts are properly authorized and recorded.Identify and report any irregularities or unauthorized discounts.
  9. Stock Reconciliation Reconcile stock discrepancies by cross-referencing purchase orders, delivery Memo, and sales records.Identify causes of stock variances and implement corrective measures.
  10. Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Skills

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  4.  Knowledge on MS Office, Excel, PPP and other application
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Knowledge of accounting principles and inventory control procedures.
