Job Description:

Responsibilities:

 Delivering an excellent customer service experience on a consistent basis.

 Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process.

 Execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by management, driving business growth and market expansion.

 Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life.

 Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans.

 Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently.

 Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

 Managing e-commerce order fulfillment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

 

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

 Around 5-6 years in Retail Sales (Experience range is flexible for right candidate).

 Excellent customer handling and communication.

 Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement.
