What are you going to do?

Leverage your Innovation Expertise to Create Visual Aesthetics - You will be responsible to understand the project deliverables, purpose and concept and create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms as per the industry parameters. Demonstrate your creative skill set to create well-planned versions of animated or motion content, and edit it to deliver a compelling version. Take a keen interest for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.

Utilize Editing Tools to Execute Compelling Designs - Demonstrate your technical proficiency to leverage video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects. Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of the graphic content. Adapt and optimize the designed graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.

Create Engaging storyboards to communicate the message - Have a strong grasp of the message to be communicated, its audience, and other specifications to create a compelling outline for the graphics. Decide how images and text should align to build a viable framework, in compliance with the pre-defined layout and resolution criteria. Use the framework to create seamless, visually-compelling story boards to convey the message and generate views, guided by best practices and industry trends.

Collaborate with the Teams to ensure Efficiency - Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the design team. Collaborate with the designing. Marketing and other teams to understand the requirements and yield measurable creative success across digital media forums. Demonstrate your ability to work on simultaneous projects and adhere to project deadlines. Be open to constructive criticism and make revisions as per the requirements.

What do we expect?

• A degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio of relevant samples.
• You should have a solid understanding of the principles and elements of design, including color, typography, layout, composition, contrast, hierarchy, balance, and harmony.
• You possess strong knowledge of working with advanced designing tools like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics suitable for the current industrial landscape.
• You are well-organized and can prioritize the list of deliverables effectively.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas into design.
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with your team and different stakeholders.
