Job Description:
JD for Production Engineer:
- he should be DME / BE.
- having 3 to 4 years’ experience in all shops of production like Fabrication, Assembly shop & Machine Shop.
- Has Work and Knowledge in 5 S system
- Explore NAV/SAP system.
RESPONSIBILITIES ::
• Lead the Machine Shop team.
o Provide motivation, support, guidance, and constructive feedback to employees, developing and training them while building understanding of and alignment with company culture and goals.
• Manufacture the best possible products on-time.
o Schedule machines and staff for maximum productivity.
o Coordinate all labor and materials in the machine shop.
o Identify and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
o Make recommendations on capital expenditures to improve capacity and quality.
o Monitor productivity, utilizing charts and soft knowledge to maintain maximum productivity.
• Be an asset to Machine Shop clients.
o For Production Team – High quality parts delivered on-time.
o For Planning Team – Accurate data on labor hours, capacity, and schedule.
o For Engineering Team – Rapid response for R&D and feedback regarding capabilities, costs, and print redlines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
