Job Description:
- MANAGE THE COMMERCIAL VEHICLE PORTFOLIO WHICH INCLUDES:
- FORMING CREDIT POLICY FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLE BUSINESS
- SETTING UP PROCESSES TO ENSURE SMOOTH WORK FLOW
- AUTOMATE THE CREDIT POLICIES IN SYSTEM AND INCREASE STRAIGHT THROUGH PROCESS
- MONITOR THE PORTFOLIO PERFORMANCE AND MAKE INTERVENTIONS WHEREVER REQUIRED.
- PUBLISH REPORTS ON PORTFOLIO HEALTH AND INDICATE EMERGING AND HIGH-RISK SEGMENTS
- TRAVEL ACROSS LOCATIONS TO UNDERSTAND THE MARKET CONDITIONS & SUGGEST CHANGES IN OUR POLICY & PROCESS
- INTERACT WITH BUSINESS AND COLLECTION TEAM FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF PORTFOLIO
- UNDERWRITING OF DEVIATION CASES
- PDD MANAGEMENT
- WORK ON AOP (ANNUAL OPERATING PLAN) FOR CV PORTFOLIO INCLUDING COST AND LOSS BUDGET
