Position: Executive - Talent Acquisition
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as Linkedin, Naukri and other professional networks.
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
- Organize and conduct walk-in Interviews (PAN India) and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Good time management and organisation skills
Required Qualification: - MBA - HR
Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
