Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager (Marketing) for a reputed company in  Mumbai(Andheri) location.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative agencies, media planning, event agencies, monitoring budgets, etc.
  • Ensure the brand guidelines are met for each collaterals and communication published.
  • Frequent site visits for site inspection and thoroughly check the site hygiene and customer visit experience are being maintained in lieu of the brand.
  • Single point of contact with the sales team across the projects in terms of understanding the requirement and further execution.
  • Follow-up with various agencies & vendors to ensure the marketing activity calendar is executed as per the deadlines for each project.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports and share them with the reporting manager for forecast the performance at each site.
  • Coordinate with vendors for production and execution of the marketing materials and to see the deadlines are met for the task assigned.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Active involvement in new launches (projects/towers), right from market research to brand proposition to go live in the market across mediums.
  • Conceptualize and implement BTL activities.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website content updates, blog articles, social media accounts (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram), and online advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, OOH, print and events.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, MBA, or related field.
  • Candidate should possess good knowledge on marketing, branding, advertising, market research, events and exhibitions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive business results.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the real estate industry.
