Job Description:
• Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle – tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements,
rendering advice, negotiating commercially and ensuring timely issuance of Policy
documents to the customer from the clientele in the Group.
• Sourcing Insurance (Retail Products/Corporate products) , and implementing strategies to
enhance market penetration and business volumes through existing POSP and Company
Group Employees.
• Recruiting POSPs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards
company goals.
• Cross-sell existing company products to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh
acquisition.
• Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
• Qualification – Graduate.
• Minimum 4 yrs experience in the field of insurance (Commercial Lines Preferred)
• Good Team Leader and ability to align objectives with the Team and drive towards a
common objective.
• Strategic thinking and competence in management.
• Expertise in managing channels efficiently with Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, people management and leadership skill
• Strong negotiation skill
