Job Description:

Overview: We seek a Customer Support Specialist with at least 1 year of experience and a functional understanding of Tally or other ERP. The ideal candidate will be soft-spoken, patient, and skilled in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to customers using.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient while dealing with challenging customers.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
