Overview:
We are looking for a motivated BDR/SDR with 1 year of experience in lead generation and outbound calling. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including warm and cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on prospects and leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDR/SDR role or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
