Job Description:
- Conduct user research to understand user behavior, needs, and motivations.
- Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes for testing and validation.
- Design user interfaces that are engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling.
- Collaborate with product manager, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is aligned with business goals.
- Participate in design reviews and present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct usability tests, A/B testing, and other user research methodologies to gather feedback.
- Analyze test results and implement changes to improve the user experience.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Create and maintain comprehensive style guides and UI pattern libraries.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
- Familiarity with agile development processes
