Job Title: Financial Service Associate – Financial Services
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 0.6 - 2 years in sales (insurance)
Salary: As per industry standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve business targets for financial products.
- Meet and counsel customers referred by HDFC Limited.
- Influence customers to buy Fixed Deposits and other products.
- Profile customers to recommend suitable investment and insurance options.
- Complete sales processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain a mix of loan products and open market share.
- Coordinate claims processing and monitor business opportunities with HL executives.
- Build and manage relationships with HL executives, HDFC Limited, channel partners, and DSAs.
- Service existing customer portfolios and handle post-sales requests.
- Stay compliant with certifications (IRDA, AMFI) and ensure quality business sourcing.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate from any stream.
- Minimum 6 months of insurance sales experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent communication skills.
