Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and transparency in financial reporting.

2. Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, VAT/GST reporting, and liaising with tax authorities. Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

3. Audit: Coordinate and oversee internal and external audit processes. Prepare audit schedules, respond to audit inquiries, and implement audit recommendations to strengthen internal controls and processes.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.

5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to assess the organization's financial performance, identify trends, and evaluate financial risks and opportunities. Provide recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency.

6. Compliance: Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.

7. Advisory Services: Provide strategic financial advice and support to management on business decisions, investment opportunities, and risk management strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
