1) Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a particular focus on campus recruitment, recruitment process governance, employer branding, and recruitment analytics. This role also includes 20% talent management responsibilities, ensuring the development and retention of high-potential employees. The specialist will leverage their extensive experience to enhance recruitment
strategies, optimize processes, build a strong employer brand, and implement effective talent management initiatives

The Talent Acquisition and Management Specialist will manage recruitment and talent management activities across various geographies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. The role demands expertise in navigating the challenges of sourcing from competitive sectors, maintaining high recruitment standards, and ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience. The specialist must stay updated with market
trends and continuously improve recruitment and talent management practices to attract, develop, and retain the best talent.

4) Principal Accountabilities
 
Accountability: Talent Acquisition Strategy 
 
Supporting Actions:
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and business needs.
 
Accountability: Campus Recruitment
Supporting Actions:

• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives to build a pipeline of fresh talent.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key educational institutions.
 
Accountability: Recruitment Process Governance
Supporting Actions:

• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and procedures.
• Streamline and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Accountability: Employer Branding
Supporting Actions:
• Develop and enhance employer branding initiatives to position as an employer of choice.
• Utilize social media, job portals, and other channels to promote the company’s culture and values.
Accountability: Recruitment Analytics & Dashboards
Supporting Actions:
• Implement recruitment analytics to track and report on key recruitment metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards to provide insights and data-driven recommendations.
Accountability: Candidate and Employee Experience
Supporting Actions:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Enhance employee experience through effective talent management practices.

6) Relationships
Internal Relationships:
• Frequency: Regular
• Nature: Interactions with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and other internal stakeholders.
External Relationships:
• Frequency: Regular
• Nature: Interactions with Educational Institutions, Recruitment Agencies, and Job Portals.

8) Organizational Requirements

• Should be willing to travel to different project locations and campuses as per recruitment and talent management requirements.
• Long-term association is preferred; candidate age should be between 30 to 40 years.

9) Qualification / Experience / Knowledge Required 
Category:
• Essential for this Role:
o Education and Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institution.
o Work Experience: Minimum 8 years in Talent Acquisition with a focus on campus recruitment, recruitment process governance, employer branding, recruitment analytics, and talent management.
o Technical/Professional Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in recruitment tools and software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Non-Technical/Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strategic thinking.

• Good to Have:
o Industry Experience: Experience recruiting for companies in renewables, manufacturing, power, oil & gas, heavy industries, chemicals & petrochemicals, fertilizers.
