Job Description:

Position: Sales & Service Manager

Product: BKT Brand tyres for of the road equipment like Dump trucks, Trailers, Tippers, High

Speed Cranes, Pick & Carry Cranes, Industrial Forklifts, Wheel Loaders, Back-hoe Loaders, Soil Compactors etc.

Base Location: Initial 3 months on-job training at Mumbai.

Working Territory: Mumbai, New Mumbai, Suburbs

Language preference: English, Hindi & Marathi (Optional)

Age: 24-30 years (Female candidates are also acceptable)

Qualification: MBA-Marketing(with B-tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile will be preferred)

Experience: Fresher or 3 to 8 years in below either of below industries:

  • OTR Tyre Industry (Manufacturer or Distributor or Dealer)
  • Mining / Construction / Earthmoving Equipment Industry
  • Truck Industry
  • Related auto ancillaries like Battery, Oil etc.

 Job Description:

  • This position has responsibility for Sales & Service, development of the new territory, key account& channel management.
  • Also responsible for generating new business opportunities by regular interaction with direct customers, market estimation, identifying the needs of the customer in terms of products, support dealer’s customers by visiting, and coordinating with HO Mumbai & warehouse for delivery.
  • Reporting: Regional Manager
  • Principle Responsibilities:
    • Commercial:
      • Developing effective business activities from the deep understanding of customers’ needs.
      • Identify potential dealers & appoint for appropriate territory.
      • Enhance brand awareness within assigned territory through promotional activities like road shows, branding etc.
      • Support dealers by confidence building of new/existing end users
      • Perceive new strategies for maximizing profits.
      • Prompt Customer Service
      • Ensure timely delivery through coordination with billing & warehouse team.
      • Achievement of revenue sales targets
      • Achievement of payment collection targets / Ensure security of the company’s financials / Minimize credit period
      • Key Account Management
      • Customer & Price Mapping
      • Competitor Tracking
  • Technical:
    • Understand customer needs & convince customer on performance superiority
    • Identification of suitable product from available range by technical site study & analysis
    • Ensure the optimum level of tyre & operating condition maintenance by Periodical site visits & performance monitoring
    • Education & seminar to customers
    • Claim handling
