Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team within a specified region to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and build strong customer relationships. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and active participation in sales activities to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales team.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Sales Execution:
    • Lead sales activities and client meetings to drive revenue.
    • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
    • Use data analysis to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience. In Sanitary field (pvc pipes and fitting company experience will be preffered)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [specific industry, if applicable].
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel frequently within the region.
