Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with 5-6 years of experience to join our
team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including
employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This
role is integral in ensuring smooth and effective HR operations within our manufacturing
environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process in collaboration with the HR Recruiter.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct performance management and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the employee onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports related to HR metrics.
  • Provide support in organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR support to all departments.

  • Proficiency in ERP handling and MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CHRMP, SHRM-CP, PHR).
