Job Description:

 [Must have] Minimum of 8 years of experience architecting solutions using
Salesforce, preferably with Salesforce Sales, Service cloud

 [Must have] Should have strong experience in hands-on development using out-
of-box features and custom development with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript,

and other force.com programming languages including high proficiency in
lightning
 [Must have] Experience with distributed systems and microservices, API
platforms, and understanding of data distribution strategies
 [Must have] Experience with Lightning components, Lightning Connect,
Lightning App builder, Lightning Schema builder and Lightning design system
 [Must have] Good understanding of using RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres etc.) and
NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB etc.)
 [Must have] Good understanding of Salesforce Workflow rules, actions, alerts,
approval Workflow.
 [Must have] Experience of performance tuning and improvements in large scale
distributed systems
 [Must have] Strong computer science fundamentals. Excellent academic
background
 [Good to have] Salesforce Certification
 [Good to have] Communication skills - excellent written and oral communication
to present complex ideas/concepts in clear and concise manner; communicating
with key stakeholders with work/project progress.
 [Good to have] Experience in early stage tech start-ups, FinTech
What you would do
 Build Salesforce App and corresponding web application for largest digitally
acquired bank accounts in India
 Build abstractions and contracts with separation of concerns for a larger scope
 Responsibilities include end-to-end software engineering aspects, Designing
and architecting, Development, Testing, Deployment, Debugging production
issues and handling production incidents
 Building from scratch, loan products for massive “un-banked population” for
India
 Build it , own it
