Detail.

 Reconciliation of GSTR2 data with Books.

 Timely payment of GST. Direct Tax Compliance

 Preparing of TDS & TCS Return Quarterly.

 Reconciliation of 26AS data with Books.

 Timely payment of TDS & TCS.

 Timely Issue of Form 16 & Form 16A and receipt of Form 16A

 Calculation of advance Income Tax & timely deposit.

 Online filling Form 15CA for Export payment. Banking

 Preparing Bank Stock Statement.

 Preparing documents for CC Limit renewal i.e. LF4, LF1

 Bank Reconciliation Statement.

 LC & TT documents. Accounting

 Prepare data for Finalize books i.e. Balance Sheet, Trail Balance, P&L Account.

 Managing fixed assets of the company and maintaining fixed asset register Forecast

 Handling all statutory compliances  Approve Salary Sheet and Attendance Sheet

 Paid Statutory payment timely i.e. EPF & ESIC Payment

 Handling Government & other Audits related to Accounts.

 Approve Billing documents related to Pricing, Statutory Forms and other compliances.  Approve Sale & Purchase orders  Approve purchase reconciliation shee
