Job Description:
Key Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to generate leads by cold calling. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers and generate interest in our services.
The candidate must have a basic understanding of real estate and the main aim of the candidate would be to generate new leads and bring in new Potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Good communication skills
- Capable to handle Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Efficiently handle objections and good selling skills
- Cold call potential clients
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ requirement
- Persuade the customer to meet our sales managers
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Handle customer queries through channels like Web, Newspaper etc.
- Handle existing customer and invite for site visit
- Able to handle sales over the call
- Co-ordinate with Site Managers for revisits
Other details:
- Locations- Thane- Balkum Naka
- Working time- 9 hrs- late sitting depending on requirement
- Working days- 6 (1 week off between mon to thur)
- Should be residing nearby (within 30-45min distance)
- Payroll company- Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd (3rd party, renewable contract)
