Job Description:
Position: Automation QA
Work Arrangement – WFO, Bangalore Location, 5 days a week.
Notice Period – Immediate to 15 days.
- Key requirement – Good in Java Programming, API Testing using RestAssured, Selenium, BDD/Cucumber. Able to write DB queries.
- Bachelors in computer science or a related engineering discipline
- 6+ years of experience in Quality Engineering
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Experience in testing of APIs, Microservices, Web app
- Hands-on coding experience in Java. Can write efficient, modular, and maintainable code.
- Experience with open-source testing tool/framework like Selenium, Rest Assured, Karate, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, etc.
- Experience in working on Linux/Unix environment
- Solid Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and pub-sub technologies
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, Azure DevOps
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Outstanding problem solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
