Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for the company and its clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.
 - Create engaging and informative content tailored to each platform.
 - Write compelling copy for social media posts, ads, and marketing materials.
 - Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
 - Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and fintech marketing.
 - Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content.
 - Manage social media calendars and schedules.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
 - 3 years of experience in social media management and copywriting.
 - Understanding of fintech and personal finance topics.
 - Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
 - Proficiency in using social media management tools
 - Ability to create and curate visual content.
 - Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics.
 - Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
 
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with financial services or fintech companies.
 - Knowledge of SEO best practices.
 - Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
