Job Description:

Mission: To lead and execute robust security strategies, ensuring the protection of assets, peopleand inventory and fostering a safe work environment through effective leadership and management of security operations. Outcomes: Develop and implement robust security strategies and policies, aligned with corporate objectives, to protect assets, employees, inventories and facilities, fostering a culture of security awareness and compliance. Regular safety assessments and audits identify hazards, ensuring updated emergency plans for swift responses, safeguarding personnel from injuries. Regular security checks identify vulnerabilities, maintaining updated emergency plans for swift responses, protecting assets, information, and infrastructure from threats. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance security measures, respond to incidents, and mitigate risks, minimizing security breaches and losses. Requirements The desired candidate must be an Ex- Service man, (core trait: Security is preferred) with relevant professional certifications in security management or related areas (Preferred but not mandatory), like Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and Certified Security Manager (CSM). Knowledge of emergency response planning, incident management and crisis management. Min. 5 yrs exp in Manufacturing Industry will be preferred. Basic Technical knowledge is mandatory.
