Job Description:
A Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to find, recruit, and hire qualified candidates while also overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. This includes collaborating with hiring managers, managing recruitment teams, developing the employer brand, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. They also analyze hiring needs, ensure compliance, and use data to improve recruitment efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. This includes workforce planning and forecasting future hiring needs.
- Recruitment and sourcing: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels like job boards and social media, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and coordinate interviews.
- Onboarding and retention: Manage the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated successfully and develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Employer branding: Develop and execute initiatives to build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
- Team management: Lead, mentor, and manage a recruitment team, providing performance feedback and guidance.
- Process improvement: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with internal policies and relevant labor laws.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and professional social media platforms like LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of human resources laws and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with various interviewing and assessment methods.
