Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sr. Field Sales engineer to join our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by managing Key accounts, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve a combination of business development and client relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop GTM strategy.
- Solution selling: Prospect & understand problems worth solving from the given set of accounts and applications. Use a consultative approach to sell and work to earn trusted advisor status within customers for our company Optimized Solutions Limited
- Proposal evaluation and Solution discussion: Sales engineer must be able to understand solution offered by the team. Capability to articulate unique value propositions across various levels and persona of customer organization.
- Key Account Planning: He/she should be able to drive strategy in the account to develop relationships, Solution sales, products & services to ensure deeper reach into the account.
- Manage profitability.
- Use a consultative approach to sell and work to earn trusted advisor status within customers for our organization.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Player: Collaborate closely with existing sales, product line management, and commercial teams to deliver projects on time.
- Business Acumen: Manage and control the business through forecast accuracy, weekly progress status, and sales pipeline management.
- Close loop: Keep relevant stack holders informed about MoM after meetings and follow-up for the next action.
- Open to travel frequently
An Ideal Candidate should be:
- 4-5-year experience in sales, business development, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to prospect and find appropriate value propositions for our company and solutions.
- Expertise in lead qualification, risk assessment, and closing high-value deals.
- Negotiating high-value contracts and managing profitability.
- Key account management
- Strong business acumen; in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Program management experience to drive responses to RFQ/ RFP/RFI & Contracts
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding / Experience in electronics, Instrumentation & IoT is a big plus.
Qualification: BE/B Tech in Electricals, Electronics or Instrumentation
Salary: up to 11 LPA (including incentive)
