Inside Sales Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside sales representative to join our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will involve a combination of Contact identification, cold calling, lead generation, Securing customer appointment for your manager and client relationship management.

Job Responsibilities
- Contacts and details: Search right contacts and their details from given set of customers using appropriate tools. Knowledge of LinkedIn search as well any other equivalent tool would be plus.
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound cold calling to introduce services and generate interest. Effectively communicate our value proposition and qualify leads to pass onto the sales team.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels. Develop strategies to engage prospects and convert them into qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings: Schedule meetings online /offline
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Close loop: Keep relevant stack holder informed about MoM after meetings and follow-up for next action.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2-3 years experience in sales, business development, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to prospect and cold call effectively.
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification: BE in electrical / electronic / instrumentation, MBA in marketing is an advantage.
Salary: up to 6LPA (including incentive)
