IT Lead based at Ahmedabad for FMCG co.
Job Description:
Manage over all IT Operations which includes
• 99.99% Uptime of business-critical systems such SAP, DMS, POS, Reporting platform.
• Driving Business IT initiatives across sales / Procurement / SCM / leading to-productivity / Data reporting / Automation with SAP / DMS / POS.
• Drive digitization & automation projects for business team, and ensure timely (Functional/Technical Skills)
management, training of in-house sales app.
• Driving IT Security initiatives and Monitoring with continuous reviews with Partners.
• Handle Cloud Management and Reviews.
• Ensure IT Budget Management.
• Handle the internal Audits / ITCG Audits.
• Support business goals by ensuring 100% system availability for critical landscape -SAP, DMS, Barcode system, POS.
• Ensure timely readiness of SAP configuration for upcoming Plant with error free invoicing and accounting.
• Implementing MRP for new Plant.
• Ensure Error free claims management process.
• Timely resolution of operational issues and P&L reporting preparation
• Ensure Zero Cyber security incidents for seamless business operations.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Graduation or Post Graduation in IT field with 0-4 Years of experience.
- BE (Computer Science).
- • High attention to detail and accuracy.
- • Ability to direct and supervise.
- • Ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- • Speed of execution and drive for results.
- Experience on SAP HANA
