Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor safety programs and policies in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols based on industry best practices
- Provide safety training to employees and contractors on an ongoing basis
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and procedures
- Stay informed about new or revised regulations and industry trends related to occupational health and safety
