Job Description:

 

Key Objective of the Job:

Acquisition of new clients, managing the exiting portfolio and deliver the desired NTB, Book and Fee based targets for the state of Rajasthan.

 

 

Major Deliverables:

 

Ø  Candidate must Focus on Originating NTB prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels at new locations within Region (Rajasthan).

Ø  Managing the Existing portfolio and further penetrate the existing programs with the objective to increase the Book Size.

Ø  Providing guidance and mentorship to the team members to help keep the team motivated and generate business as per Targets.

Ø  Increase Relationship level with existing customer to get support for deep mining into the Customer’s ecosystem.

Ø  Coordination between different internal & external stakeholders to ensure conversions within required TAT.

Ø  Targeting businesses having a turnover of 50 Crs. to 1000 Crs. for different working capital facilities such as Term Loan, WCDL, WCTL, Structured Finance, LAP, LAS etc. as per the clients need.

Ø  Avg ticket size of 3 Crs. – 20 Crs.

Ø  Managing customer relationships; addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.

Ø  Identifying new segments & set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the company.
