Looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing web applications using Node.js, React.js, CSS, and have proven experience in dashboard creation, CRM integration, and LMS integration.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, or Webpack.
•
Build backend services and APIs using Node.js to support front-end features and functionalities.
•
Good understanding of Database functionalities.
•
Create and maintain scalable, aesthetically pleasing dashboards that provide users with intuitive access to data.
•
Integrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to streamline business processes and improve customer engagement.
•
Implement Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support educational and training operations.
•
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs by translating design wireframes into actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.
•
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features.
•
Maintain and enhance code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and performing code reviews.
•
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them into operations and activities.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•
Minimum 4 years of experience in full stack development with a focus on Node.js, React.js, and CSS.
•
Proven experience in building and maintaining web-based dashboards, integrating CRMs, and LMS platforms.
•
Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
•
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT).
•
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
•
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
•
Knowledge of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial).
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
•
Strong communication and project management skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
