We are urgently hiring a seasoned and dynamic Accounts Head to lead, manage, and impact our financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of end-to-end accounting functions, ensure strict statutory compliance, and guide our accounts team toward financial excellence.

## Roles & Responsibilities

• Accounting Operations: Manage and streamline end-to-end accounting functions and operations.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the internal accounts team to ensure high productivity and accuracy.

• Compliance & Statutory: Ensure 100% statutory and tax compliance across all financial activities.

• Financial Reporting: Accurate preparation of daily/monthly financial statements and high-level MIS reports.

• Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact and coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

• Financial Controls: Strictly monitor cash flow, manage budgeting, and implement robust financial controls across departments.

## Key Requirements & Skills

• Core Expertise: Strong experience in handling complete accounting functions and expertise in the finalization of accounts.

• Technical Knowledge: Sound, practical knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit, Banking, MIS, and Budgeting.

• Software Skills: High proficiency in standard accounting software and advanced MS Excel.

• Soft Skills: Proven team handling and strong leadership experience with excellent decision-making capabilities.
