Job Description:
  • He/she would be responsible for sales, key account and customer relationship management for Chlor-Alkali business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or execute sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Manage key accounts to drive growth in repeat business and profitability
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams  including manufacturing and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and market insights to management

Other details:

  • 15-20 years of sales & marketing experience in chemical industry preferably in Polymers , Chlor-Alkalis, Industrial Raw materials  Pigments, Resins, Additives, Solvents
  • 3-5 years in a leadership role with exposure to sales and key account management
  • Engineering/Science/Management Graduate with Post Graduate Degree in Management preferably sales
  • Fluent in local language (Tamil) is a must
  • 5 days a week working
  • general shift timing
  • Reporting to VP- Regional Sales
