Job Description:
- He/she would be responsible for sales, key account and customer relationship management for Chlor-Alkali business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or execute sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Manage key accounts to drive growth in repeat business and profitability
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams including manufacturing and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts and market insights to management
Other details:
- 15-20 years of sales & marketing experience in chemical industry preferably in Polymers , Chlor-Alkalis, Industrial Raw materials Pigments, Resins, Additives, Solvents
- 3-5 years in a leadership role with exposure to sales and key account management
- Engineering/Science/Management Graduate with Post Graduate Degree in Management preferably sales
- Fluent in local language (Tamil) is a must
- 5 days a week working
- general shift timing
- Reporting to VP- Regional Sales
