Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth. They will also be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the Sales Marketing Manager will collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Knowledge of the interior design industry
Proficiency in sales and marketing software/tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
